Enrique is a Business Administrator with a specialization in Human Talent, Strategic Management, Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Business Development from the Instituto Tecnológico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). Enrique joined the firm in 1991. He has more than 25 years of working experience in areas such as Finance, Accounting and Human Resources. He has been Partner since 2010 and was designated Vice President. He has been BC&B’s transformation promoter, resulting in a unique firm in Mexico as a result of the scope of its legal, technical, commercial services and integral counseling offered to its clients. Enrique was appointed as CEO of the firm in 2018.

Attorney at Law (2002), with postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law from Universidad Panamericana He also obtained and ILEC from Cambridge in 2006.
Juan Carlos joined BC&B in 2004 and has been a partner since 2010. He has almost 20 years of experience in the practice of Intellectual Property, Administrative Litigation, Constitutional Law and International Trade.
Juan Carlos leads the IP Litigation Group, the Trademark & Copyright Group and the Corporate & Commercial Law Group of the firm since 2010. He represents clients in their IP and Commercial global strategies and has represented domestic and international clients in more than 500 litigation cases.

Juan Carlos has been invited to participate in several national and international forums on IP and Administrative matters and has contributed to different domestic and foreign associations with opinions relating to the legal IP framework. He has also been invited by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) to participate in Tokyo and Osaka as speaker in different seminars talking about Mexican Litigation Practice.
Mechanical and Electrical Engineer specialized in Electronics. Graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México – School of Engineering.
He obtained a Diploma in Management Skills by the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He joined the Firm in 1990 as Systems Manager and became Director of IP Management, automating business processes and designing proprietary software for the firm's own management. In 2010 he became a Partner of the firm.

He regularly participates as speaker and moderator in several IP forums either in Mexico and abroad. He has published several articles related with domain names, business methods and software patents in several media. He was columnist of the Mexican magazine Alto Nivel from 2015 until 2017. Actually, he is columnist of the well-known magazine Entrepreneur in Spanish.

Chemical Engineer from Universidad La Salle (ULSA) holds a diploma on Management Skills from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and another in Teaching Skills from ULSA. He was the first professional recognized as Certified Licensing Professional® in Mexico, and in addition he is expert recognized by the National College of Chemical Engineers and Chemists (CONIQQ) in the specialty of Engineering Economy.
He initiated in patent practice back in 1997 and since then, he has acquired vast experience as consultant in the analysis, prosecution and use of patents in industrial fields such as polymers, biotechnology, pharma and electronics among others, as part of BC&B, having participated as expert witness in litigation cases and having been recognized by his knowledge in patent matters in Mexico and abroad, in addition to his practice on technology and intangible assets valuation, negotiation skills, contracts and technology transfer.

Currently he leads working teams for patent prosecution in Mexico and abroad, negotiating intellectual property assets, technology evaluation and the technical aspects of patent litigation, including the direction of the Technology Transfer Office of the firm which has been recognized under government program PROSOFT 4.0.

He has published articles in specialized Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer magazines with international outreach, and has collaborated in books on Trade Secrets, Pharmaceutical Law and Technology Transfer. He was professor in the Chemical Engineering program at La Salle University for 15 years and he has given speeches and classes on topics of his expertise in Mexico and abroad, as well as modules about intellectual property and/or technology transfer in diploma programs of higher education institutions and in support to societies related to intellectual property, technology transfer and innovation.

Raúl is partner of BC&B leading the Civil and Commercial group of the firm since 2018 and has more than 16 years of practice in litigation and Commercial Arbitration.
He is responsible of attending matters related with litigious consultancy, strategic litigious planning and intervention in all type of suits, proceedings, trials or appeals related with civil, commercial, family litigation and Commercial Arbitration.

In 2015 he was invited by the Japanese Patent Office (JPO) to attend to the post-graduate course “JPO/IPR Training Course for Practitioners Specializing in Patents (IPPP)” at the Japan Institute for Promoting Invention and Innovation (JIPII), Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA) and Asia-Pacific Industrial Property Center (APIC). Octavio is author of several IP articles for international publications including the contribution for Mexico on the book “Design Rights – Functionality and Scope of Protection” published by AIPPI and Wolters Kluwer. He has been speaker for the subject “Industrial Design protection in Mexico” during the 2016 Pan-American YMC of LES (Ottawa CA) and the 2017 AIPLA Mid-Winter Institute (Ft Lauderdale FL).

Mariana has 12 years of experience in intellectual property. She joined BC&B in 2008, where she has specialized in the technical-legal analysis of IP, technology transfer, technical consulting in regulatory aspects and strategic innovation management systems.
